At Superlative.ro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the products are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
